Vendors View: This lovely 3 bedroomed house has been a wonderful 1st home for our young family to grow up in. We have loved to be outside in the very sunny garden & on the terrace where we have enjoyed BBQ's & picnics all year round. The Lickey End village has offered us all so much; we have made many friends, there is a real community spirit here even during these difficult times & found all amenities on our doorstep. There's the Post Office, Shop, Hairdressers, Park, Garden Centre & a fabulous pub & restaurant just up the road. We are surrounded by open countryside & yet so close to major motorways & rail networks. It is a very accessible location.  The house is lovely, bright and airy all year round and not overlooked. We have really enjoyed doing it up. 
Location: The popular village of Lickey End is within the Worcestershire District of Bromsgrove. Situated to the North of Bromsgrove, to the South-East of Junction 1 of the M42 Motorway.
